Return/Refund Policy

At Scent Sail We Offer 30-day Money Back Guarantee.

We are confident you will absolutely love your Scent Sail diffuser and essential oils. We understand, however, that people change their mind, and so; upon return authorisation, and within 30 days, you will be able to return your full or partial purchase for your money back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition; The oils must be sealed and the diffusers must be unused along with the original parts, hardware, accessories and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Every return will be subject to an inspection.

There will be $25 restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fee which will be deducted from the original purchase price.

To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and authorisation form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reciving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please inspect the machine without the oil first, it should turn on and set on PL20.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, once refunded it may take up to 7 days for your bank to show the return.
